Select your License Type from the List, then enter your License Number (Number Only), Date of Birth, and the last four digits of your SSN to identify yourself, and click Log-in to enter the Self Service System.
Date of Birth and/or the last four digits of your Social Security Number may be missing from the Board's database. If your login fails please send an email to sbdinfo@isbd.idaho.gov with this information in order to update Board files. An email response will be sent indicating when you may submit the login request again.
